I had a wonderful experience at this hotel as the staff genuinely went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the comfortable beds that made for a restful night after a long trip. The hotel's on-site restaurant offered delicious meals that were truly five-star in quality. However, the breakfast options were somewhat confusing with different pricing, which could be simplified.

The access to the property is a bit awkward. make sure to plan your turns carefully, or you might miss it. Also, upon exiting to the left, navigating can be a hassle. As for the rooms, they felt dated and didn’t meet the cleanliness standards I had come to expect. The overall presentation seemed off, especially considering the price point. Lastly, the in-house dining options, although decent, didn’t stand out or impress compared to other locations, leaving a bit to be desired.

the hilton garden had a nice indoor pool and a decent fitness center. it’s close to everything you need, and the staff was attentive. i had a good experience with the service, especially from the staff member who took care of my cancellation earlier this year.

I spent 7 days in a room that was clean and had a comfortable bed which helped me feel at home while working. The staff were kind even if they weren’t always around to help, and the bar staff were nice enough to check on me when the front desk was empty.

Sure it was pricey, but it was still an acceptable stay overall.

The king room was spacious and super clean. It had a microwave and refrigerator for snacks. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfy. I enjoyed the flat-screen TV and the feather pillows provided a great night's sleep. The hotel had a nice indoor pool for relaxation.

The King Room was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy, and the towels felt soft and thick. Only downside was that there wasn't a USB outlet in sight, which is kinda surprising. The air conditioning was effective, keeping things cool, but I could feel it being a bit noisy at times. Overall, it was a nice spot to crash after traveling.

It was a nice choice for a flash stay in Winchester with reasonable value. After a long seminar, I was disappointed to find hair on the ceiling and tub, but I appreciated the quick follow-up from a Hilton representative who reached out with an apology. Bring your own cleaning supplies if cleanliness is a concern.
